here's the damage

right, so i was driving home from school in the outside lane, heading towards the end of the street to the dead end to flip a bitch and head on home. people park across the street, including me. so i was driving, and some stupid girl pulls out right in front of me. i collide into her corner and... yeah. she goes around being typical teenager and says it's my fault, so she doesn't seem stupid. it was her fault. she didn't look over her shoulder when she was pulling out, even if she says she did. she would have seen me if she looked, no question. there was a car parked in front of and behind her, so i couldn't see her breaklights or anything. then, i'm probably like two feet from her corner when she pulls out, so i had almost no time to react.

the highway patrol officer looked like she thought it was her fault, too, because her mom asked "whos fault would this be?" and the officer looked up at her daughter kinda like "welllllllll..." but she pulled her opinion back in and said she's not allowed to take sides, which i suppose is true. so... i'm walking to school for the next 2 or 3 weeks. yeah...
